No matter how popular or constitutional, all that Republican-backed "papers please" laws will do is create an expensive grudge-making merry-go-round that arrests Mexicans, jails them at taxpayer expense, then releases to the feds, after which they will likely recross the unsealable 2K-mi. U.S.-Mexico border back to the U.S. Why? Because the real problem all along is the incurably corrupt racist Mexican govt. that is a de facto criminal enterprise keeping the rich on the backs of the poor and driving them across the border despite all obstacles put in their way, in hopes of a fairer shake and piece of the Great American Dream. Rather than let Mexico's govt. get away with it, it's time for both the Republicans and Democrats to come together and try my Megamerge Dissolution Solution of inviting the Mexican people to dissolve their govt. with our help and form several new U.S. states in return for full citizenship for all of them along with their share of the dream, after which Marshall Plan type aid can create the necessary infrastructure for mass southward migration to create several new vibrant economic zones, a New California, New Arizona, New Texas, New Florida etc. So instead of trying to push with a rope and chase non-solutions while allowing the real problem to fester, take some time and study my online proposal at http://go.to/megamerge
