U.S., Mexican presidents say key issues must be tackled together
It's too bad that Obama is still naive about Mexico's govt. and how incurably corrupt it is, thinking that throwing more bucks at it will change anything. The real question is why keep a 2-state solution as at present instead going to a 1-state solution, with the U.S. using its power to dissolve the Mexican govt. with help from its people in exchange for full phased-in citizenship and the organization of several new U.S. states? Only a game-changer like that can turn the situation around, and yes, it can find wide bipartisan support under any president.
