White House Doesn't Know if There's Target Date for Sealing Border From Influx of Drugs
Seal the U.S.-Mexico border? How? It's 1,961 mi. long. Let' say it takes 10 soldiers per mi., that's 20K. Maybe it takes 100 per mi., that's 200K. Multiply either figure by 3 for 3 shifts, plus logistics and supply. Either way, that's a permanent standing army, probably requiring a national draft. And for what purpose? As long as Mexico is run by their incurably corrupt fatcat and cartel-controlled govt. that keeps the rich on the backs of the poor, the pressure to cross the border will be immense.
