Dissolving the border Labor secretary's new policy
No country can dissolve their border with another country while leaving the govt. on the other side in operation, but when it comes to Mexico we have the option of dissolving that govt. and reorganizing Mexico's territory as several new U.S. states after inviting Mexico's people to hold a referendum to accept the plan.
