Utah should shun Arizona's immigration law by Mark Alvarez
Yes, Arizona's papers please law is logical but cruel, however in the big picture it's not logical, since nothing the U.S. can do can ever seal the unsealable 2K-mi. U.S.-Mexico border or dissolve the totally corrupt Mexican govt. on the other side that drives Mexicans over endlessly while leaving Mexico backward and undeveloped.
