Arizona's papers-please law does not try to decide who's in the U.S. illegally, it's only a police procedure for checking for papers issued by the feds or lack thereof, hence it's pointless for the feds to sue them over it since they control the action in the first place. Why does the U.S. insist on chewing itself up over Mexico when the real problem of the totally corrupt Mexican govt. and their retro constitution continue to fester? Instead of continuing the illusion of a 2K-mi. border between the #1 state in the world and a failed 3rd world state, why not change the paradigm to ways of creating a 1-state solution so all 414 million Americans can share the New World in peace and prosperity sans racism and Anglophile b.s.?
