It's too bad that the NYT is still stuck on stupid when it comes to the US-Mexico issue. Mexican border-crossers aren't even really immigrants, they're just crossing a sick wall of apartheid erected in the 19th century, and should have the full right to share the New World in peace and prosperity as all Americans. The wall must come down by working with the entire Mexican people to scrap their failed corrupt runt country and reorganize their territory as 10 new U.S. states, allowing free bidirectional movement for a win-win freedom solution. Only then can one even talk about immigrants from OTHER CONTINENTS and make a coherent argument. Only I have a 7-step bipartisan plan.
