More agents, fencing may cut illegal immigration by half; Senate bill’s critics not satisfied
Yes, the 2K-mi. US-Mexico border can never be secured, so Congress is stuck on stupid about Mexico, as always, and is trivializing the momentous issue to fight for temporary political gain. If Congress really cared about the future America, it would accept that Mexicans are here to stay in the New World and won't accept apartheid any longer, and reach out to them and invite them to annex Mexico to the U.S. as 10 new states for a new beginning, a win-win solution that can make the U.S. bigger, better, and happier, with an economic boom as backward Mexico is finally developed to the U.S. level. It's no fairy tale or pipe dream. I have been the lone voice in the wilderness proposing a bipartisan plan that could have already been started, and no matter how much Congress stalls the future belongs with me. It's only a matter of when and how, not if. The majority of good decent people on both sides of the border will vote it in if given a chance.
