It's sad to read about all the injustices to the little guy caused by two nations trying to share the same space. All along it's been the fault of the U.S. for 150 years of white supremacy that foisted de facto apartheid on the failed runt state of Mexico and made it dependent and unable to launch, while luring its people over the border them treating them like manure. All this can be ended and the system restarted if a bipartisan majority in Congress would invite all Mexicans to scrap their failed country and reorganize it as 10 new U.S. states in return for citizenship for all. After the megamerge, the new states will be opened to mass bidirectional migration and development, for a win-win solution. Despite my lone voice crying in the wilderness, Congress continues to play ostrich and waste time on moose hockey reforms that leave Mexico and its 110+ million people out, which is like trying to cure a bullet wound to the leg with a tourniquet. Despite a vocal minority of sick white supremacists who know they're already kaput, the majority of decent people on both sides of the border will welcome annexation as the just solution to a historic mistake.
