Duh, the Bible exhorts Jews to treat sojourners among them with civility, not to make them fellow citizens, unless they convert to Judaism first, and accept the theocratic govt. and its responsibilities. With the U.S., this lesson is too retro to be of direct benefit, but yes, we should be nice to illegal aliens while processing them through the system we set up. That said, when it comes to Mexican border-crossers, there has long been a way out, namely, a trade, their territory in exchange for citizenship for all after annexing Mexico as 10 new states. Since Mexico's annexing the U.S. daily amid anarchy, it's not a ridiculous idea, but instead the more one thinks it out the better it becomes. I've thought it all out and present a bipartisan plan in my Megamerge Dissolution Solution Blog. Visit and read the details and tell your representatives. A bipartisan majority in Congress can get the Megamerge Train rolling this session after dropping the misguided non-solutions they're wasting our time on. Our grandchildren will appreciate growing up in a 60-state U.S.
