Arizona's immigration law may survive Critics of Arizona's immigration law are hoping federal courts will rule it unconstitutional. Unfortunately it's not that simple
Whether Arizona's papers please law is constitutional or not, it does nothing to seal the unsealable 2K-mi. U.S.-Mexico border, or eliminate the real elephant in the room, the totally corrupt Mexican govt. that keeps Mexico backward and undevelopment while riding the rich on the backs of the poor and cutting sweetheart deals with the U.S. establishment to avoid the spotlight, crushing the poor until they either go criminal or cross the border in search of honest work. Any real solution will seek to dissolve that govt. first in favor of U.S. statehood and full citizenship for all Mexicans, making the border expand to the Mexican coast where it can finally be sealed.
