EDITORIAL: Go back to Mexico: Uncouth President Calderon wore out his welcome
Congress has long been making the huge mistake of accepting failed dependent Mexico as a separate country, and its totally corrupt govt. as legitimate when all it wants to do is leech off the U.S. in an unhealthy manner and avoid the spotlight with sweetheart deals. It's time Congress took charge, admitted that Mexicans have a right to live in the New World with us, and worked to erase the political line on the map along with the Mexican govt. in return for incorporating Mexico's territory and granting full phased-in citizenship to all. Once the U.S. establishes sovereignty, a New Calif., New Ariz., New Texas, New Fla. can be created along with millions of new jobs for all 414 million Americans. The alternatives are all unthinkable.
