in the U.S.-Mexico equation is the incurably corrupt Mexican govt. that rides the rich on the backs of the poor and eludes public criticism via sweetheart deals with the U.S. establishment, warping the debate over the U.S.-Mexico border about what to do with all the poor border-crossers it forced over. Thus, neither major party will ever solve the problem with "papers please" or general amnesty proposals. Instead, it's time to work to finally dissolve the Mexican govt. and incorporate our neighbors into the U.S. as several new U.S. states, allowing a New California, New Texas, New Florida etc. to be created, creating millions of new jobs for all 414 million Americans.
