Mexican border-crossers are not illegal aliens in the same way that those from truly alien countries like Yemen are, they have a right to share the New World with us and it's all about a political line on a map and politics. Therefore, the line can be moved, making them legal even if they don't cross. When it's to the advantage of all, why not consider it?
