    While decriminalizing drugs so they can be taxed and regulated would be nice, when it comes to Mexico it doesn't change the fact that the border is unsealable and the govt. on the other side a totally corrupt ticking time bomb. Only by incorporating Mexico into the U.S. and reorganizing it as several new states can the border made to expand to the seas so that it can finally be sealed and Mexico's lawlessness ended, after which it can become a New Calif., New Texas, New Fla. etc. and attract southward migration so that millions of new honest jobs for all can be created, the best way to end crime.
