Judge sharply questions federal argument against Arizona law
If all the furor were over a million illegal immigrants from Iran or Syria, would the legal arguments fade away? It's too bad that when it comes to our next-door neighbors in Mexico we still insist on lumping them together with real illegal immigrants from halfway around the world, messing up the immigration and legal systems for nothing, because we have the option of creating one mega nation out of two and controlling the legal and political processes to boot.
