The entire legal war over the Arizona papers-please law is misguided and wasteful because it fails to address the elephant in the room of the totally corrupt Mexican govt. on the other side of the border that makes any and all immigration laws impossible to enforce, racial profiling or not. Instead of searching for solutions where they can't be found in the courts, why not instead unite behind a political goal of a bipartisan Congress working with Mexico's people to dissolve their failed country in return for full U.S. citizenship after they reorganize their territory as several new U.S. states? See how it can be done in easy steps at http://go.to/megamerge
