While decriminalization and regulation of drugs would be a good step forward by taking them out of the black market and weakening organized crime, when it comes to the U.S. and Mexico there's another option, namely, incorporation of Mexico as several new U.S. states, allowing the U.S. military to set up bases and pacify the lawless areas to allow law-abiding citizens to settle, after which the pops. can freely mix sans borders and passports, soon creating a boom in southward migration especially to the coasts, which will be developed into a New California and New Florida, complete with whole new cities, boosting the total GDP for a win-win solution. And all without the need for decriminalizing drugs. The cartels will be forced into Guatemala, where the border is much more easy to control. Learn about the Megamerge Dissolution Solution.
