Ah, but there are such a thing as illegal immigrants. It's too bad that Salon prefers to play touchy-feely with MEXICAN BORDER-CROSSERS and defy logic, rather than let logic suggest the permanent solution, which is ANNEXATION OF MEXICO AS 10 NEW U.S. STATES. With a new bigger better southern border at the Mexican coasts, terminology and logic can be restored to normal.
