Duh, she's still stuck on stupid that all the "immigration reform" addresses is a small percentage of the Mexican population. What about the 100+ million still stuck in failed backward Mexico? The answer is to incorporate it into the U.S. so it can be developed as 10 new states and all 400 million Americans can work together. Read my Megamerge Dissolution Solution Blog and get with it.
