Why Arizona Isn't Crazy, Just Wrong Spend some time in Arizona, and you may come to see why so many of its residents support a law that has outraged the nation.
While Arizona can't be stopped from trying a "papers please" law, it won't work because after arresting, convicting and jailing Mexicans who crossed the border, they will have to hand them over the feds, who will release them, after which they will cross the border again, because it's unsealable, so Arizona and other border states better try getting used to Mexicans forever crossing the border. However, this border doesn't have to be between one country and another, it can be between one U.S. state and another, with Mexico turning into New California, New Arizona, New Texas, New Florida, etc. How?
