Obama needs to declare war, not on any U.S. state, but on the corrupt Mexican govt. that breeds poverty, injustice and crime and leaves millions with no choice but to brave the hazardous border, only to be caught between the two incompatible elephantine systems like helpless mice. Instead of chewing ourselves up over Mexico, why don't we unite in getting Congress and all 50 states to apologize for 160 years of white supremacist apartheid and invite Mexico's entire pop. to become U.S. citizens in exchange for dissolving their failed country and govt. and reorganizing their territory as several new U.S. states? Is this a pipe dream or can it be done in just a few years with broad bipartisan support?
